Deposits: We ask for 50% of the purchase price as a deposit to hold any kid until pick up. Payments can be made by Paypal or check. Kids are not considered sold until deposit is received. Final payment must be sent by PayPal before or cash at pick up. NO CHECKS for final pickup!
Deposits are non refundable if the buyer does not go through with the sale. Deposits are non transferable unless there is an issue with the kid originally purchased, in which case we will do everything possible to accommodate. We reserve the right to cancel a sale, at our discretion, if we feel it is in the animal’s best interest to do so. In this case all money recieved will be refunded.

Transportation: Is the buyers responsibility. If we feel unsafe transportaion has been obtained, we reserve the right to cancel sale until adequate transportaion is provided. Once our kids are handed over to a transporter or buyer they assume all responsibility for goat health and safety.

Health and ADGA Registration: Except pets or wethers, all kids sold will have paperwork ready for ADGA registration. If already registered, the buyer/s will transfer ownership through ADGA. All animals will be up to date on shots and or meds as needed and sold as healthy animals as far as we know. All kids will be disbudded.

Bucklings and Wethers: During the kidding season we may end up with more bucklings than needed. These little guys make great pets or companions for other goats. They usually are sold as wethers and unregistered for a reduced price. Be sure if you are buying only one animal it has a friend. Goats are herd animals!

Disbudded Goats: Although we would love to guarantee that horns or scurs will never return after disbudding, it is almost impossible to know for sure and we can not. As most goat breeders know scurs on male goats because of testosterone in the animal happens much more than we all would like.

Goats sold “Out of State”: Any goats sold outside the state of Missouri may require a Certificate of Veterinary Inspection (CVI). If you are planning on buying an animal from us and require a certificate there will be a 30.00 veterinary charge. You must let us know when you make a purchase that one will be needed. If you choose not to inform us then all responsibility is buyers.
